WW Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd (WWEC) was incorporated on June 26, 2001, primarily specializing in engineering and construction services within the power utility industry. The scope of its works encompasses Power Transmission, Power Generation, and Power Distribution, focusing on transmission lines, transmission substations, cables, gas turbine refurbishment, generation repair services, refurbishment, as well as 33kV and 11kV substations. Additionally, WWEC undertakes building services, including Mechanical and Electrical services.
The track record is unblemished and we have delivered all projects completely to the satisfaction of the clients.
As seen from the attached list we are qualified to participate in a wide range of categories in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and the Asean region.

Ir. Michiel Leo Philip
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
A veteran engineer with over 40 years of experience in power transmission and utility engineering.
He began his career with Lembaga Letrik Negara (now TNB) and later served as General Manager of TNB Engineers Sdn Bhd.
- Graduate of Queen Mary College, University of London
- Expertise in 66kV–500kV Transmission Systems
- Led major 500kV transmission project implementations (Phase I & II)
- Established the Engineering & Design Division of TNB Engineers Sdn Bhd
- Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) and Member of BEM
- Competent Engineer registered with the Energy Commission (ST)
